I recently switched my soap and shampoo to one that is less "fruity" smelling. It has helped a ton. I'm no longer scratching 24/7. I switched last weekend and I think I've gotten two bites since then. I'm a much happier person now. LOL.

I just scratch. One of the teachers that is leaving gave me some electric bug contraption. I'll try that and see if it helps. And being poked? How did you know that one of my preschoolers likes to come into the computer room while I'm eating lunch and poke me in the arm the whole while saying "POKE POKE POKE POKE"? I'll try to remember to post my schedule one of these days. I just give up. I just scratch.

Although you do have to check every night if nothing got under there, or got in with you when you went to bed.
